Survive France reported The problem is that the wind is from the east so it’s going away from us (we’re near Parthenay) not coming towards us. So it’s now damn, bugger and blast.

Survive France reported Big storm last night, rained for a few hours and when we looked outside this morning a large willow tree had come down right across the driveway. Think I’ll go and buy an electric saw to deal with the larger damaged branches.
